What is the quality of the materials used in your products?

Our apparel is made from premium materials that are selected for their durability and comfort. We prioritize high-quality fabrics to enhance the overall wearing experience, ensuring that our customers look and feel their best.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times can vary depending on the product chosen, with delivery typically taking between 3 to 12 working days. We ship to all of Europe, utilizing either shipmondo or our dropshipping partners.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 14 days of receiving their item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How can I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@the-original.dk. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately and send us pictures :)

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

But actually we would rather you consider your purchase before choosing, think about it and ask us questions!! :) That is best for the envirovment!

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
