Din tilfredshed betyder alt for os. Hvis dit kristne tøj eller faithwear-produkt er beskadiget, forkert eller ikke som forventet, står vi klar til at hjælpe. Her finder du vores fulde retur- og refusionspolitik, så du præcis ved, hvad der gælder.
Fortrydelsesret (EU-kunder)
Som EU-forbruger har du ret til at fortryde dit køb inden for 14 dage fra den dag, du modtager din ordre. Varen skal være ubrugt, i original stand og i original emballage for at være berettiget til retur.
Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Produkter
Mange af vores faithwear-produkter produceres on-demand efter bestilling. Derfor gælder følgende:
- Made-to-order og specialprintede varer kan ikke returneres, medmindre de er defekte eller forkerte.
- Hvis din vare ankommer beskadiget, med fejl eller trykfejl, erstatter vi den eller refunderer det fulde beløb — og vi dækker returfragten.
Sådan starter du en returnering
- Kontakt os på theoriginal.dk4@gmail.com med dit ordrenummer, en kort beskrivelse af problemet samt billeder, hvis der er skade eller fejl.
- Vi vurderer din sag og sender dig returvejledning samt returlabel, hvis du er berettiget.
- Pak varen forsvarligt og returnér den efter de instruktioner, vi sender.
Returfragt
Hvis returneringen skyldes en fejl fra vores side (forkert vare, beskadiget vare, trykfejl), dækker vi returfragten.
Hvis du fortryder dit køb, kan returfragten være på egen regning, medmindre andet er aftalt.
Behandlingstid for Refusion
Efter modtagelse og gennemgang af din retur behandler vi din refusion inden for 14 dage. Refusionen sker til den originale betalingsmetode, medmindre andet aftales.
Ombytning & Erstatningsvarer
Hvis du har brug for en anden størrelse eller en erstatningsvare, sender vi en ny, så snart din retur er godkendt. Leveringstiden kan variere efter destination.
