Your satisfaction matters. If your Christian streetwear item is damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find our full return and refund guidelines so you know exactly what applies.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
As an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to qualify.
Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Items
Many of our faith-based clothing items are produced on-demand after your order is placed. Therefore:
- Made-to-order and custom printed items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
- If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with a print issue, we will replace it or offer a full refund — including return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at theoriginal.dk4@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- We will review your request and send return instructions along with a return label if eligible.
- Pack your item securely and return it according to the instructions provided.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged item, printing error), we cover all return shipping costs.
If you change your mind under the right of withdrawal, return shipping may be at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless a different method is agreed.
Exchanges & Replacements
If you need a different size or a corrected item, we will ship a replacement once your return is approved. Delivery times depend on your location.
