3. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This is not an order confirmation or acceptance. A contract for the purchase of goods is only formed when we send you a separate shipping confirmation (or a confirmation of collection) which confirms that the goods have been dispatched.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the product page and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout. We accept payment methods shown at checkout (credit/debit cards, PayPal and other providers). Payment will be taken at the time of purchase or at the time stated at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided on our Shipping Policy page. Processing time (production + handling) is separate from carrier transit time. We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Please view our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details about cancellations, returns, and refund processing. Note that made-to-order or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.

7. Warranty

Products sold by The Original come with a two (2) year warranty in the EU and Northern Ireland as per Directive 1999/44/EC for consumer goods. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-conformity. Normal wear and tear, misuse or damage caused by the customer are not covered.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images and text on this site are the intellectual property of The Original or our licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Original is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products purchased. Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.
