Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is wrong, defective, or not as expected, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below so you know exactly what applies.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Items

Many of our products are produced on-demand and specially printed after you place your order. For this reason, the following applies:

  • Made-to-order items and custom printed items are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with a print error, we will replace it or offer a full refund — and we cover the return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@the-original.shop and provide your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions and a return label if eligible.
  3. Pack your item securely and send it using the return instructions we provide.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged item, printing error), we cover the return shipping costs.
If you change your mind (withdrawal right), return shipping may be at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Exchanges & Replacements

If you need a replacement (different size or a corrected item), we will arrange a new shipment as soon as your return is approved. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
