We ship worldwide and strive to provide clear information about processing times, shipping options, delivery estimates, tracking and customs.
Please read the details below so you know what to expect.
Order processing Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because many of our items are made-to-order or printed on demand, some products may require extra production time.
If an item has a longer processing time (e.g. preorder or made-to-order), this will be stated on the product page.

Promotional free shipping offers and thresholds (if any) are shown when active.

Note: Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are measured from the moment the package leaves our production partner (shipping date). Processing time (1–3 business days) is additional.

Tracking All orders include tracking where available.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier system.
Customs, duties & import taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes levied by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We cannot predict these fees in advance or reimburse customs fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Tip: Select a shipping option with delivery duties paid (DDP) at checkout if available for your country — this can avoid unexpected customs charges on delivery.
Returned-to-sender & undeliverable packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed shipment, or refusal to pay customs/duties, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
We will contact you with options for reshipment or refund (shipping fees may be deducted for non-fault returns). Lost, damaged or delayed shipments If your order is lost or severely delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@the-original.shop
Provide your order number and any photos of damage.
We will open an investigation with the carrier and assist you until the issue is resolved. For damaged or incorrect items we will arrange return shipping and offer replacement or full refund.
Made-to-order & print-on-demand items
Many of our items are produced on demand. These items have longer lead times compared to ready-to-ship products. Made-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty — please check the product page for lead times and the Returns & Refunds policy for details. Shipping labels & returns for faults If an item is faulty or shipped incorrectly, we cover return postage and provide a pre-paid return label.
Contact customer support for instructions and photos so we can approve the return and issue the label. How to ensure a smooth delivery Double-check your shipping address during checkout. Provide a phone number for carrier notifications when possible. Choose tracked shipping at checkout for peace of mind.
